Contest Disclaimer

• 1. Participation Period: The Lucky Draw will run from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. All clients who purchase life insurance, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, super visa insurance, visitors insurance, or travel insurance policies within this period will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw.
• 2. Eligibility: Each client will receive one entry into the Lucky Draw regardless of the number of policies purchased. Multiple purchases will not increase the number of entries. The Lucky Draw is open and offered only to legal residents of Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
• 3. Prize Details: The Prize is one 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package to Cancun, Mexico. This package includes accommodation, meals, and beverages as defined by the selected resort's all-inclusive terms. The Prize does not include airport transfers or additional costs.

• 4. Winner Selection: After the Lucky Draw period ends, the winner will be selected through a fair and transparent random draw. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
• 5. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability: The non-negotiable Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other alternative. The winner cannot transfer the Prize to any third party except for immediate family members, including spouses, parents, siblings, and children. However, Trupax Financial Limited's liability shall cease after such transfer.
• 6. Non-Negotiable Package—The package offered to the winner shall be non-negotiable in terms of the resort, air travel, and the services offered by the resort. Any additional services required by the winner shall have to be borne by themselves.
• 7. Policy Cancellation Clause—The purchased policy must remain in force for at least one year from the issue date or effective date. Trupax Financial Limited will have the right to forfeit the Prize and disqualify the winner if the policy is cancelled before the one-year completion date.
• 8. Travel Insurance and Additional Expenses: The winner is solely responsible for arranging their own emergency medical insurance, trip insurance, and any other required travel documents, including but not limited to passports and visas. The winner must bear any expenses not covered by the all-inclusive package, including but not limited to transportation, gratuities, personal purchases, and activities outside the resort.
• 9. Liability Release: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to release Trupax Financial Limited, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the Prize or the contest, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
• 10. Tax Implications: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees for accepting the Prize. Trupax Financial Limited will not provide any tax advice or assume any responsibility for any tax obligations arising from the award.
• 11. Right to Modify or Cancel: Trupax Financial Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, technical failures, natural disasters, or any other event that may impact the fairness or integrity of the Lucky Draw. Trupax Financial Limited reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules as and when required.
• 12. Publicity Release: By entering the Lucky Draw, participants consent to use their name, likeness, and any statements they make regarding the contest or the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
• 13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Lucky Draw will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules applicable in Ontario. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
• 14. Governing Law: This Lucky Draw is governed by and subject to the laws of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this contest shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
